CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of the service. 
LATE ARRIVALS: Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the artist's schedule. 
RESCHEDULING: We kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice. Less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit & may require a new deposit at the artist's discretion. 
NO SHOWS: Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
